We know there’s no going back, but let us rise as one to have an influence on this smart, slick world that we now inhabit. Perhaps we can be guided by asking first, what is best for the children — our children, my children, your children, their children, all children. If the children’s welfare is not considered, let’s open our mouths and try to change things. We need grown-ups to look out for the children.
